1. Service
HelloProfile provides mini-website hosting on a subdomain of helloprofile.in. Plans are:
- Basic — ₹499 (one-time, 1-year hosting)
- Premium — ₹999 (one-time, 1-year hosting with premium features)
A free trial of up to 12 hours is available before payment.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information.
- Do not publish illegal, misleading, hateful, adult or infringing content.
- You own the content you upload; you grant us the right to host and display it.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
3. Acceptable use
We may suspend or terminate any mini-website that violates these terms or applicable law, including spam, phishing, adult content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
4. Payments
All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner. Once a mini-website is activated, it will remain live for the plan duration subject to these terms.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and occasional downtime may occur.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloProfile's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms without refund.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
