HelloProfile is a digital service (mini-website hosting). This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply.
1. Free trial
Every mini-website gets up to a 12-hour free trial before payment. Please use the trial to confirm the service meets your needs.
2. Cancellation before activation
You may cancel your order any time before payment is completed. There is no charge until payment is made.
3. Refund window (after payment)
- Within 7 days of payment — if you have not used the service and your mini-website has not been made live under your paid plan, you may request a full refund.
- After 7 days or after site is live — the plan is non-refundable, as the digital service has already been provisioned.
4. Exceptional cases
If the service is not delivered due to a fault on our side (e.g. we are unable to publish your subdomain), we will either fix it or issue a full refund at our discretion.
5. How to request a refund or cancellation
Write to info@theministore.in or WhatsApp us at +91 82874 98252 with your registered email and order details. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. No returns
HelloProfile does not sell physical goods, so returns do not apply. This policy covers digital subscription refunds and cancellations only.
